This is where the Volcanic assistant is here to help! Released in response to direct feedback from customers, the Volcanic digital assistant streamlines the onboarding and support process.

August: The big countdown

September: Welcoming award-winning D&I solution, Diversely!
On our mission to mastering the candidate journey from hi, to apply, in September we proudly announced our investment in a best-in-class D&I solution that provides the tools that enables more inclusive recruitment practices and takes the bias out of the candidate application and selection process.
Diversely’s data and AI-driven D&I toolsare coming exclusively to the Volcanic platform at no additional cost, and will give customers much-needed visibility of D&I data, and the tools they need to remove bias from the candidate attraction and selection process. 2024 is set to be a busy year as we start releasing these features from January!
October: Revamped offerings for new customers

November: Talking all things AI & DE&I
You may have seen us out and about with Recruitment Agency Expo, APSCo and Staffing Industry Analysts in November. We loved meeting with customers, partners, and the wider industry discussing key topics impacting recruitment right now. Thanks to everyone who joined us!
December: Wrapping up the year in award-season
In the spirit of reflecting on a great year for recruitment, we wrapped up 2023 sponsoring the Best Innovation Award at the NORAs, and were proud finalists for our Diversely solution at the Inclusive Awards.
So what’s next for 2024?
